GOOD QUESTIONS

A few things
before the flakes.

Everything starts with a clear plan.

How much does snow clearing cost?

Customers suggest a budget and providers send fixed-price quotes. The size, snow depth, and scope will affect the quote. You see and accept the agreed price before booking.

Can a parent stay involved?

Yes. For ages 11–13, a verified guardian creates the profile and manages quotes, messages, and job updates. Ages 14–17 have their own account with guardian approval. Guardians can withdraw approval.

How do payments work?

After confirming the job is complete, pay your provider directly by the agreed method: cash or e-transfer. The customer records payment and the provider confirms receipt. Snowwy does not hold money or process card payments.

Who can leave a review?

Both the customer and provider can leave one review per completed job. Reviews appear when both sides submit, or 14 days after completion. Customer reviews are visible to approved providers.

What happens if the weather changes?

Use your job conversation to agree on a plan. Either booked participant can cancel before work starts. Once work is underway, report a problem for administrator review. Don’t work when conditions feel unsafe.
