Information collected

Adult and teen accounts store an email, password hash, display name, role, approval status, and optional phone number. For ages 11–13, a verified guardian creates a managed profile. We collect a display name, age group, general service area, and profile information for that child; we do not request the child’s login, email, phone, date of birth, school, or full address. Provider profiles for older minors store the guardian email. Customers can save property addresses and private access instructions. The service also stores jobs, quotes, messages, reviews, reports, notifications, and audit history.

Who can see it

Managed profiles for ages 11–13 are excluded from the public directory by default. A guardian can opt in to the directory; a customer who has received a quote can view the quoted provider profile. Public provider profiles show a display name, general service area, biography, tools, availability, starting price, and published provider reviews. Exact ages, guardian emails, account emails, and customer addresses are not public. Approved providers can read customer reviews. A booked provider, their linked guardian, and administrators can see the job address, private notes, and conversation. Account administrators can review accounts, messages, reports, and unpublished reviews when managing the service.

Reviews

One review per participant is allowed for each completed job. Reviews become visible once both participants submit, or 14 days after completion. Administrators can hide reviews that breach community rules. Keep personal and sensitive information out of review text.

Email and cookies

The site uses a necessary session cookie for login and form security. It does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Emails cover account verification, password resets, and job or community updates. They are sent through the operator’s configured mail service.

Your choices

You can pause provider availability and ask the operator to correct, export, or delete your account information. Some transaction or moderation records may need to be retained; the operator will explain what can be removed. Please do not send identity documents through job messages.
